For over ten years, Sarah has been a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor, guiding classes and workshops around the globe. At their rural yoga retreat in Kampot’s peaceful countryside, Sarah and her partner, Larry, offer a diverse range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Fly-High, and Yin, along with meditation, mindfulness, and rejuvenating Reiki and Sound Healing sessions. Whether you’re looking for a quick $7 drop-in class, an all-inclusive multi-day retreat, or a soothing healing experience, there’s something for everyone.

Drop-in classes are offered everyday at 8am and 5pm.  All-inclusive retreats can start at any time.

Monkey Republic Yoga Studio:

Monkey Republic Hostel offers daily classes suitable for all levels led by teachers who have completed a minimum of 200 hours training accredited by Yoga Alliance. Pre-registration isn’t required, and group drop-in classes are $6. Please arrive before class starts and check in at the front desk.

Zenhouse at Blend House Café:

Zenhouse is a yoga studio located above the cozy, hidden Blend House Café, in the heart of Kampot. Tucked away in the Kampot Lane alley, this serene space is perfect for deepening your yoga practice or mindfully beginning as a newcomer. Zenhouse offers variety of classes like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Gentle Yoga and monthly Women Circles and Workshops. Drop in classes are only $6, or start your day with a Backpacker Package that includes morning Yoga class, nutritious breakfast, coffee and fresh juice for only $12.50.

Zenhouse Studio

Lotus Kampot

Lotus Kampot is a peaceful, serene space surrounded by a beautiful lotus pond. They offer daily donation-based yoga classes from 8 AM to 9 AM which are beginner-friendly and a perfect way to start your day with mindfulness. Beyond yoga, Lotus Kampot collaborates with other teachers to host workshops, massage, and healing services, and is a space to dive deeper into yoga philosophy and alternative healing practices.  

Every Thursday from 12 PM to 3 PM they host their plant-based picnic: a relaxed gathering with good vibes, community, and delicious plant-based food. Bring your favorite dish, or some fruit — everyone’s welcome.  Come for the practice, stay for the community vibes.
